New York Skyline Icons

Posted by New York Dad on Jan 15, 2010 in General Post |

The ever changing skyline of New York never ceases to amaze me. The only other modern U.S. metropolis that blows my mind when it comes to architectural diversity is the Second City. I am sure I will get a slew of comments from those who feel that I am slighting their city’s equally incredibile skyline, but I am obviously biased. There are, though, two iconic symbols of New York that even in the hustle and bustle of the city, I always pause to adminre admire. The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and the Chrysler Building.
